Unlimited refers to the number of requests you can submit — not simultaneous execution. You can submit as many requests as you want, with one active task at a time (or more on higher plans). Larger requests are delivered in stages with continuous workflow and no monthly resets.

How fast is turnaround?

Requests move quickly with fast turnaround on active tasks. Growth plan includes priority turnaround for faster delivery.

Is this a contract or long-term commitment?

No contracts required. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.

Do you handle Medicare or HIPAA compliance?

Veewz workflows are healthcare-focused and compliance-aware. We execute marketing and web updates based on client-provided content, guidelines, and approvals. Clients remain responsible for regulatory and compliance review.

What kinds of requests can I submit?

You can submit unlimited marketing and design requests, unlimited web updates and landing pages, marketing collateral and digital assets, landing pages for new programs, referral and intake materials, recruitment marketing assets, sales sheets, brochures, and flyers. Higher plans include funnel pages, form support, and short-form video editing.

Are website redesigns included?

Full website redesigns and large multi-page builds are available as one-time add-on projects, not included in the monthly subscription.

Is strategy included?

Strategy and planning sessions are included in the Marketing Department in a box plan.

How do we submit requests and communicate?

Requests can be submitted anytime through the Veewz platform. The team delivers, revises if needed, and moves on to the next request.

Cancellations:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may incur a fee.

Refunds:

Refunds are not available for completed services.
Prepaid services or packages may be refunded only if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

No-Shows

Clients who do not show up for a confirmed appointment without notice may forfeit their deposit or be required to prepay future bookings.

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled once without penalty if requested more than 24 hours in advance.
